    古いホテルだが清潔で綺麗で静かなホテル

    地下鉄の駅から近い。車の通りが少ない道に面しており静か。徒歩ですぐ大通りに出られるので買い物や食事をするのにも便利。

    道路から入口まで数段ではあるが階段があり、重たい荷物を運ぶのが大変。ただすぐにホテルスタッフが出てきて運ぶのを手伝ってくれるので助かった。施設が古いので床が軋む部屋があったりドアの開閉がうるさかったりするが、大きな問題ではない。

    A stay that made me feel comfortable as a lone female travelling

    The manager of this hotel is so nice. I arrived in a very upset state (for various reasons) and she was so kind, spoke to me in a very compassionate way and it made all of the difference. The whole experience here was excellent - everyone I encountered was helpful and it is also so close to the Swiss Cottage underground (it only takes about 1-2 minutes to get there by foot). I will stay here again!
