The food was decent
My stay was disappointing for several reasons. The rooms were noisy, and I could hear furniture being dragged around in the middle of the night. I was staying on the top floor, but there was a staff canteen directly above my room, which contributed to the disturbance. The restaurant’s cleanliness was also below expectations. The furniture and table mats were not properly cleaned, and there were visible stains. There were also issues with basic amenities. There was no hot water, and the water supply stopped midway through my shower. I have stayed at Best Western properties around the world, and I understand that a hotel in a smaller town may not offer the same facilities or standards. However, basic requirements such as cleanliness, a reliable water supply, and a peaceful room should be met regardless of location. What made the experience even more disappointing was the attitude of the manager, Mr. Nitin Chaudhary. When I brought these issues to his attention, he was not particularly courteous and did not even offer a simple apology. Overall, the lack of basic amenities, cleanliness, and customer service made this a very disappointing stay, especially for a hotel carrying the Best Western name.

Friendly staff, great breakfast and dinner options
