Comfortable Space
The courtyard is gorgeous. The space is quite. The room was spacious.
The hotel was switching to a new system so I was double charged for the room. Although I selected "Pay at Property". The night staff gave me a discount, the day staff removed it and charged the wrong card additional money after removing the previous double charge. I have yet to get a resolution from this place as the staff was rude when I attempted to resolve the matter.

But overall, the stay was pretty comfortable with the kids loved it, and restaurants were great
That the hotel actually had bunkbeds for my two children.
The cleaning lady that cleaned room 305 was rude and didn’t leave any toilet paper or towel towels.

The room we stayed in was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the location was great. In addition, Crystal was exceptional. She was the first to ask me would I like a receipt. All others never offered or brought up the request. That meant a lot to me! Thank you Crystal!
Just puzzled by the leaf on the floor. Perhaps the prior customer had some flowers.
