Great reception desk,nice room
When we first arrived we where given a room that was already occupied. It was on the 3rd floor. We had to drag all our staff back down to the 2nd floor. They did give us a nicer room. The front office staff was wonderful they fixed the problem quickly and were nice about it. Breakfast was alright.

Appreciated the comfortable beds, was conveniently located.
Close to freeway and amenities nearby, but quiet. Clean, great beds. Decent breakfast provided. Welcoming staff.
Only one elevator, old, room was a bit shabby, especially the bathroom.

The stay was very nice, except that early in the morning it gets a little noisy with freeway noise.
The staff was very nice. The facilities were clean. The cost was under what I expected.
The phone in the room was not working it had to be replaced, the maintenance person accomplish that. The clock in the room did not work the maintenance person could not rectify the problem told me to talk to the front desk. The front desk took a note to pass on to the 5 pm front desk person, but I never got a response. I know most people use their cell phones for alarms and so do I, but when I wake up in the middle of the night I like to roll over and see what time it is.
