    It’s cleanliness and the proximity to the center of old town

    The warm water for shower only lasted for 5 minutes and we had to wait for hours to get another 5 minutes of warm water. Also, we only got notified for check-in pincode 2h before our stay.

    Would definitely stay again , very roomy

    Just loved the space and modern feel to the apartment. Not too far to walk from the main promenade. This area of Varoš is worth exploring.

    This was our very first stay in Croatia, and even though we arrived very jet-lagged, it was fantastic. The location is right in Split’s Old City, so you do have to walk a bit with your luggage, but we expected that. We quickly figured out the trick: have your Uber pick you up and drop you off by the bakery in the back. Once we discovered that, getting around was incredibly easy, and Ubers were inexpensive and plentiful. The room itself was great, and being on the ground floor was a huge plus-especially with luggage. Split was incredibly hot while we were there, but because the room didn’t have a lot of windows, it stayed surprisingly cool and comfortable. The location was excellent. The moment we stepped outside, everything we needed was right there, and we could easily walk throughout the Old City. The owner also communicated very well and made everything easy. I would happily stay here again.

    The location was great, a short walk to all the main places and the apartment has all the comforts needed. Host was really attentive and helpful.
