  Don’t stay here. Rude, intimidating people and while location is handy and spaces are good sizes amenities are not well

  Good location. Good sized spaces.

  Multiple communications channels - booking.com, WhatsApp, text all with different people and asking us to pay for carparking via payment platforms we don’t subscribe to. Confirmed 1 nights carpark and would pay when we arrive. Had 3 subsequent discussions in writing and verbal and agreed ok to pay on day 2 (2 night stay, 1 night carpark as rental car being returned). A burly, rude man banged on door at 9am and demanded $50USD cash of teenage daughter as we hadn’t paid for carparking. I had been given a different address (office address via text and photo of where to go) to pay and we were 15 mins away from leaving apartment to drop car hire off and pay on the way. Intimidating, demanding, not in line with prior discussions and rude. We paid the $50 which was for 2 nights carparking even though we only used 1 night as he was intimidating. I rang and requested a refund of the 1 night we had paid for parking that didn’t need and didn’t book and was told I had to go and collect it. I am now owed the $25USD as I couldn’t get there and even if I could I wouldn’t have felt safe. Too many contact points - US, Phillipines and too many individuals introducing themselves “as the owner” via multiple comms channels and while we tried to force comms via booking.com we kept being communicated with via text (with their number hidden). Bathroom shower tray and sink in disrepair and “peeling” surfaces. No soap available. 1/2 used shampoo and conditioner (left by other travellers). We were a party of 5 but no sheets left for pull out bed - had to call to sheets and were directed to locked cupboard with combo to self serve. Over the phone they gave us wrong combo and kept saying it was correct when it wasn’t working. We subsequently worked it out as there was a broken combo (262) in the other cupboard and we saw the numbers on it so tried that … and it worked.
