Excellent Service from Jasmine at the Front Desk

Excellent Service from Jasmine at the Front Desk I wanted to recognize Jasmine at the front desk for her excellent service. She was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great room. She really made a difference in my stay and is a wonderful representation of the hotel. Thank you, Jasmine, for taking such great care of me!

Good but not excellent iconic Beverly Wilshire

Beverly Wilshire is an iconic hotel in the center of Beverly Hills, provides high level of Four seasons service but rooms are simple and tired, food is good but not excellent. Our stay was good but not really remarkable and memorable because of the hotel… Pool is SO small, even nobody want to go there… So this hotel could be much better…
