A reasonably pleasant place to stay, just because to read all the do’s and don’ts.

It included a generous breakfast. The bed was comfy. It was very clean. Parking out the back

Too many rules, yet not clear instructions on arrival where to go/park. No communal area to sit, so I had to stay in my bedroom. I was disturbed by the noise of other bathrooms being used.

Generous breakfast and fantastic home made marmalade.

Duvet was a bit too warm for the weather!
