    Prima als je in het centrum wilt verblijven

    Alles was aanwezig in het appartement zoals koffie servies etc Grote tv om te streamen.

    Omgeving uitstraling niet fraai. De hal wat muf en ruikt niet fris

    Sehr modern eingerichtete Einzimmer Apartment in zentraler Lage.

    Das Zimmer ist gut eingerichtet und in einer zentralen Lage nicht nur für Gelsenkirchen sondern auch für das gesamte Ruhrgebiet für Besichtigungen geeignet.

    Es fehlten mir, bei einer Woche Aufenthalt, ein paar Accessoires in der Küche, Kleinigkeiten sollten in der Wohnung repariert werden. Ansonsten steht der erneuten Buchung nichts im Wege.

    Schön für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, wenn man über kleine Mängel hinweg sieht.

    Die Lage war sehr schön.

    Die Aufzugsituation ist eine Katastrophe. Am zweiten Tag ging nur ein Aufzug, der aber permanent durch einen Umzug besetzt war. Außerdem müsste die Eingangstür und die Balkontür dringend repariert werden.
