    The hotel's location is wonderful, with a beautiful view of the Ganges. It's in a quiet location. The room is comfortable and, by Indian standards, quite nice.

    Some of the staff are nice and helpful, but there's a very unfriendly young man at reception. For the price we paid, we expected friendlier service... we were shown the door before 11:00 am.

    We immediately left after checking in as the room we were provided had black mold on the ceiling and the place just didn

    Location out of the center was preferred.

    We left immediately after checking in as the property was run down and had black mold growing on the ceiling.

    Avoid

    The rooms were not at all like the pictures shown. Breakfast time was from 9am which is ridiculous.

    Ritesh, the manager is a wise and amazing guy, the best part of staying here was having him around. I saw him n his team clean the property Ganga ghat after the massive flooding earlier that month - worth a mention.
