    When we went, there were not many passengers on board so it was a very relaxed experience. The crew was very friendly and helpful.

    The menu portions were generally too big for us. Even though they assured us that the food will not be wasted (fed to animals), we think that sometimes less is more. You could better enjoy the single dishes and wouldn't have to feel bad about food waste. I think it would be better to make the dishes smaller, but let persons who want more, be able to ask for more later.

    Very comfortable and luxurious stay, delicious food, beautiful views, friendly and outstanding cruise staff!

    We booked a night’s stay at the Bhaya Cruise but were then upgraded to the Au Co Cruise instead. We had an amazing experience as a group of four with a beautiful view at the Halong Bay. When it comes to the cruise, that was packed with activities considering it was only for a day, and the rooms were very comfortable and felt luxurious, with all the necessities. The food was also really good, with a plethora of options inspired by the local cuisine. We had a vegetarian in our group and they were looked after really well. The biggest highlight however, was the amazing cruise team who took excellent care of use. Every single staff member, from the F&B team, bar, kitchen, reception and brilliant musician were outstanding. Everyone was really attentive and efficient, and I want to give my huge thanks especially to our Cruise Manager, Joy, who made our safety her top priority. I would strongly recommend this experience for anyone visiting northern Vietnam looking to get a glimpse of the marvellous Halong Bay.

    There was nothing we did not particularly enjoy, everything was top notch!
