Achei a limpeza bem média. E o apto um pouco escuro.

Apt de bom tamanho e localização excelente. Bom wifi. TV com alguns canais abertos e streaming. Cama confortável e roupas de cama de boa qualidade. Nao utilizei muito a cozinha, mas possui itens essenciais como frigobar, cooktop, microondas, utensílios e produtos para limpeza. Achei interessante disponibilizarem sachês de itens essenciais como sal, açucar, azeite. É feita limpeza diária do quarto. Possui ferro de passar, cabides, secador de cabelo e toalhas extras no quarto. As malas podem ser guardadas na recepção do hotel sem custo.
Muito mofo no banheiro nos cantos ao redor de todo o teto.Tomar providências o quanto antes, pois para alguém alérgico pode ser um problema. Disponibilizar mais sabonetes, pois não são repostos após limpeza.

We will book again !
Even though the stay was exclusive breakfast, you could go on the ground floor at their diner where you could pay for a hearty breakfast and diner. So everything was convenient for our stay. The room had everything we wanted, even if some corners should be cleaned properly. We picked up the vacuum at hand and cleaned some, washed our own dishes, no fuss for us. Garbage was picked up every day, we were very happy with the stay. The location was excellent for us. The staff was friendly every time. Dank je wel, to the guy who tried speaking some Dutch working at the lobby. Our next trip to beloved Sao Paulo will be here again, no doubt !
Arriving before 11.00 am and being considerate of the check-in time we still could not check in after 12.30 pm, while being exhausted after 24 hours traveling. After requesting again at 01.30 pm, we were exhausted and agitated, the guy at the lobby let us check in.
