    Unfortunately, this apartment fell well below the standard we expected and paid for. Upon arrival, the apartment was not properly clean, and several basic amenities were missing: there were no cleaning cloths, floor rags, kitchen cloths, or even dishwashing detergent. The apartment also had an electric oven, which was one of the reasons we chose this property, but there were no trays, pans, or suitable cookware to use it, making the oven completely useless. The bathroom sink also developed a leak, and once again there were no cleaning supplies available to deal with the water. Most importantly, the rooftop swimming pool — another key reason for choosing this property — was closed for repairs until mid-September, after our departure. We were never informed of this beforehand. Unfortunately, the support provided was equally disappointing, with brief and dismissive responses that offered no meaningful solutions. The building itself is very attractive, but the apartment, cleanliness, maintenance, communication, and overall management were not at an acceptable standard. Taken together, these issues made our stay far below what we paid for.

    Foi ótimo

    O quarto é muito bom, o pessoal da portaria foi gentil e resolutivo. Saindo pela garagem vamos direto a um supermercado o que é simplesmente maravilhoso. Não tive tempo de conhecer a academia e área de lazer.

    A geladeira faz muito barulho fica incomodo á noite. O vaso sanitário parece que está solto, fiquei com um pouco de medo.
