    A very clean apartment in a good location.

    Not the best value for money

    The owner was very nice, service-minded, and easy to reach whenever needed.

    The entire apartment could benefit from a thorough deep cleaning as the apartment felt dirty, and the furniture is quite worn and in need of updating. The sound and smell insulation is also very poor. When the neighbors were cooking, the smell spread throughout the apartment and set it self in our clothes. The apartment is located right next to a busy street, and due to the poor sound insulation, the traffic noise was very noticeable—it felt as the windows were wide open. Considering the overall condition, cleanliness, and noise level, we unfortunately did not feel the apartment was worth the price we paid.
