    It was ok, but not like it is promoted. I will not come back.

    The location is perfect; the property has an historical and local vibe which is nice. It is very quite and close to the bus station (2 minutes walking distance), to shops and restaurants , the historic center.

    The host tried to be very helpful, he checked in a few times daily with all sorts of info; it was way to much communication from his side; I would have preferred to let me ask him if I need something instead of being bombarded with info I might not need. He suggested a taxi from the train station to the accommodation which was 20 eur and not told anything about the alternative of taking the bus which costs only 2 eur/person. He shared some bus schedule document from 2022…Cleaning was not the best and we only received one set of fresh towels for 4 days… if someone is showering, you have to wait another 20 minutes for hot water; the toilet seems to have some issues, it flushes continuously if you don’t stop it. The host informed us that we should dispose the trash ourselves at the end of our stay. There were no duvet sheets available, but duvets which we had to use without sheets…We had only pillow covers. The shower gel and the shampoo were the worst I experienced, very poor quality. The cable TV signal is very poor, same the mobile phone signal and during our stay there was also a problem with the WI-FI (we were informed before check-in). At the end of our stay it was suggested to us to rate the property with 10…

    Eine Unterkunft mit ganz viel Charme in der Altstadt von Ostuni, sehr gemütlich mit viel Liebe zum Detail in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Unser Ansprechpartner war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Obwohl wir im Dunkeln und Regen die Unterkunft nicht gleich gefunden haben, hat er uns Schritt für Schritt per WhatsApp dorthin gebracht. Die Lage in der Altstadt ist toll.

    Etwas schwierig ist die Parkplatzsituation aber dafür ist man mittendrin.

    The location and facilities but we couldn't do much as the power was out most of the time.

    The wi-fi is unreliable. It only works near the outside door.
