Amazing
Absolutely amazing apartment, located a bit away from the center - but for us it was an adavantage, not a problem, as we enjoy walking and more quiet areas. Cosy comfortable, very clean apartment and very quiet - you can see a park from the windows in the bed room what is not very common in Venice and makes very calm attitude and good sleep. Several good restauarants nearby; shops and bakery as well. Close to the waterbus (vaporetto) station Biennale and Arsenale. Natalia was very kind. We could leave our luggage after the check-out and picked them up later on. We'd be happy to return.
Steep stairs may be an issue for elderly people or someone with limited mobility. However, for us it wasn't any problem.
