Great location
Great location. Easy to walk to tourist areas but quiet. Plenty of cafes and restaurants on doorstep. Clean and comfortable .

The Location, the host (very responsive and helpful with advice and response to questions.
There was a sewage smell in the bathroom that was not mentioned in the details of property. Just kept door shut and did not affect rest of the appartment. The property also trips if more than one item is used at same time like the kettle and oven.

It is big enough to unpack and the location is good
Everything was slightly broken. Shower broken, the tap was pulled off and was hard to switch between bath and shower, drain clogged, bathroom smell was unbearable, ran water down bidet but smell persisted. Kettle broken. Bed lumpy. Pillows old. Power switch near stove falling off wall. Mold on back of toilet door.

Très bonne emplacement entre Arsenale et Giardini 15min à pied de San Marco et 10min à pied des jardins au calme Une rue avec toutes les commodités à deux pas (restaurants, petit supermarché, bar à vin, pharmacie etccc) avec une bonne ambiance L'appartement était très bien, propre, et bien agencé La communication avec la propriétaire était top Tout s'est très bien passé Et nous garderons cette adresse dans nos favorites pour notre prochain séjour sur Venezia
