    My husband and I enjoyed our visit to Philly. The apartment was in a great location of Philly.

    The apartment was in a great location within walking distance of amenities like Acme grocery store and restaurants. Gabe and John were very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We were very happy with our stay. :)

    The location was excellent. Great neighborhood. The property was well appointed and tastefully done. Sleeping set up in the living room was challenging for an adult. Had to search to locate linens.

    It was a fabulous weekend weather wise and we so looked forward to being outside and utilizing the patio. However, there were several large weeds growing up from under the deck. And the patio furniture cushions were ripped and falling apart. So we never used it sadly.

    Inside the unit is great! Well equipped and comfortable.

    The neighborhood isn't great and doesn't feel safe. When I arrived at the property at night, I found some cockroaches in the sink and on the kitchen counter. Disgusting! I reported to the owner, but no action was taken.
