    Purtroppo manca l'aria condizionata

Everything was great. The location is excellent and very convenient, right in the city center. The room was very clean. The kettle was broken, but the issue was resolved very quickly, and a new one was delivered. We are very satisfied.

The curtains in the bedroom were hanging unevenly and fell down. There was no air conditioning in the apartment, so it was very hot and stuffy. Only one trash bag was provided. We are a large family staying for five days, and there was only enough soap, shower gel, and shampoo for one day. They ran out very quickly, and no additional supplies were provided. Other than that, everything was good.

    Bem localizado
