  L'appartamento è molto bello, in una zona residenziale tranquilla e comoda per spostarsi facilmente in centro a Milano in vari modi. La casa è spaziosa e ben arredata, la cucina abbastanza fornita. Le camere sono essenziali ma comode.

  Nota dolente è stato il caldo. L'appartamento si trova in un sottotetto quindi la temperatura era davvero alta sin dal nostro arrivo. La casa poteva essere un po' rinfrescata prima, ma sarebbe andato bene anche solo poterlo fare in seguito. Il problema è stato che il condizionatore non funzionava bene, forse era scarico per il troppo uso. Sta di fatto che non solo non faceva aria fresca ma oltretutto era presente solo nella zone notte e doveva rinfrescare due camere. La cosa più grave però è che noi eravamo in 5 e una persona dormiva nel salone dove, non solo non c'era condizionatore (e nemmeno un ventilatore) ma oltretutto la grande finestra che dava sul balcone non aveva scuri di nessun tipo, quindi non si poteva lasciare aperta nè di giorno nè di notte. Almeno una tenda oscurante andrebbe prevista in un spazio in cui è è presente un letto, sia per privacy, sia per la luce. Ci batteva tutto il pomeriggio il sole quindi la temperatura diventava insopportabile, a prescindere da questa stagione particolare. Insomma la casa è molto carina e comoda però qualche piccolo accorgimento in più l'avrebbe resa più vivibile.

  Lovely and well-located apartment with some issues

  The apartment is large and comfortable. The skylights let in a lot of light. The location is great, very close to two different Metro stations. The kitchen setup is very functional.

  The apartment is located on the sixth floor and there is an elevator that goes to the fifth floor. However it wasn't working for the last two days of our stay. There is a small hotel located on three of the lower floors, so there's a lot of use of that elevator, and so it's more likely to need servicing, which is unlikely on the weekends. The door to the small balcony was inoperable, so our only access to the outside and fresh air was inexplicably blocked. The toilet and shower in one of the bathrooms hadn't been thoroughly cleaned.

  Good for short stop over if traveling through Linate Airport

  Great location if going to or from Linate Airport as it’s right next to Susa train station and has grocery shops and restaurants nearby. Nice and clean and tidy with everything you need for a short stay.

  The air conditioning is a single split system in the hallway between bedrooms and is not really effective - the living area essentially doesn’t get any cool air at all, however, a pedestal fan is provided which helps. There are narrow stairs to get to the apartment which is challenging with luggage and there is very limited lighting at the door to get in (we needed to use a phone torch to open the key box and door). No linen supplied for the sofa bed despite my booking being for 5 guests.
