To use the property's free shuttle from JR Hakuba Station, please make a reservation at least 1 day in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. If payment is not made by the instructed date, your booking will be canceled. Keys to the chalets must be picked up at the apartments, approximately 2625 feet away. Most types of dogs are allowed in chalets. Pets are not allowed in apartments.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
