    Spacious and close to central locations

    Spacious, especially the living area.

    Bathroom was very disappointing - flooring in the bathroom is worn out, drainage very poor in the shower area and no squidgy / mop to clean afterwards. A simple shower tray would make a huge difference and flooring definitely needs to be redone urgently. Bath has a lot of wear and tear too.

    Downstairs was nice, comfortable and spacious Loads of parking space Good comms with agency

    Massive hole in the wall downstairs which could do with being repaired (saves all renting property having to report it, and a little nicer Bathroom could do with being updated. All floor wet after shower in the entire bathroom. Seems like a wet room was put into the bathroom but it is not properly equipped for it, no incline in flooring not enough towels, really needed one for the wet floor, had to use the hand towel instead A little revamp could be nice, the decor is dated a bit, first upstairs bedroom has curtain pole twice as long as it needs to be for the window, for eg., lots of bulbs missing, outside door is difficult to open Windows can only be opened a fraction. When hot, it would have been nice to be able to open more

    Great group getaway to Manchester

    Size was great and loved the decor throughout. Garden space was great and house was close to town. Beds very comfy!

    The wet room shower was dysfunctional for a 8 person accommodation. Could have done with a squeegee or something to keep on top of between people using. A lot of lights/lamps were decorative in the bedrooms so many only had main ceiling lighting.
