  Good location with nice rooms

Love everything about this stay. The manager and team were very helpful and it was a friendly welcome. The rooms are nice and clean with bed having heaters cozy to sleep in. The surrounding was quiet despite the busy street. Easy to walk around the city. ‘Lucky’ the dog is so cute and a friendly one indeed, probably the lucky charm for this stay. I would come back here again if I ever drop by in the future:)

Best host and most atmospheric guesthouse in Lijiang

Excellent location a few minutes walking from the South Gate, in a quiet area surrounded by shops c cafes, restaurants, sights. The place is very atmospheric, with a lot of charme. Rooms are in style and very cozy with very good bathrooms. The host Joye is really exceptional: he speaks excellent English, understands tourists’ needs and can help you organise further trips or day trips around, like the Tiger Leaping Gorge 2-day trek and the Snow mountain. We took these 2 and they were very good. Also the rest of the staff is very nice and always eager to help, especially among the English speaking staff Jade was really great and went the extra mile to assist us with drivers, airport transfer etc. We had nice conversations too, this human dimension of the guest house really adds to the experience, including their lovely kittens and dog. We liked it so much that we extended our stay for another 2 days!

The rooms around the courtyard by the reception tend to be more noisy while the rooms around the second courtyard are very quiet.
