    I would expect some sort of refund for this day for the inconveniences and the lack of communication from the host. When

    It was conveniently located to where I had to visit

    Upon my arrival, I found the refrigerator thermostat was electrical wires were exposed, causing concern. In addition, when I looked in the bathroom shower, there were spiderwebs and small roaches. The small roaches appeared daily. The towels were super thin. It would not absorb water off the body and took multiple just to dry off from a shower. Also, the back sliding glass door was unlocked and no emergency pin installed. Someone could’ve easily come in the back, but my biggest complaint is when I sent an email and a text message to the host. There was zero reply to any of my inquiries. I would expect some sort of refund for this day
