    Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Firstly, every accommodation I have stayed at in Australia has provided basic bedding such as blankets and pillows. We booked a room expecting these basic necessities to be provided, but there were no blankets or pillows available. Secondly, the room and facilities were not clean at all, especially the bed covers, which was very concerning. Thirdly, once the booking was confirmed and payment was received, the staff stopped responding to our messages and phone calls. This was extremely frustrating, especially when we were trying to get help with basic issues during our stay. To make matters worse, despite not having any blankets or pillows, the heater stopped working in the middle of the night, leaving us without adequate heating. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and the lack of basic bedding, cleanliness, heating, and communication made our stay very uncomfortable. I would not expect these basic standards from accommodation listed on Booking.com.
