A lovely place to stay with a warm homely feel .
Breakfast choice excellent. Location perfect for my needs
I would have liked a bath in my room but apart from that my room was very cosy .

Lovely place, good access to other areas and a nice location
Country location, and lovely building. Good attentive staff and the complimentary packed lunch was a lovely touch
Some of the lighting on the drive made it difficult to see where you were walking in the evening, but that's a small nitpick.

Probably our 3rd or 4th stay at Biggin Hall and always a very pleasant. No complaints and highly recommended.

Needs investment - we cancelled and didn’t stay
Nothing We cancelled as soon as we saw the bedroom Staff were very understanding and told us that the hotel was up for sale and needed investment
Hotel should either not be open - rooms are so outdated or an explanation needs to be given that the hotel needs refurbishment and to drastically reduce the rate of stay
