All in all we love the house and can’t wait to book it again!
We liked that we had plenty enough space for our family to all be together, plenty of space. The location was perfect for visiting the Tybee Island.
The only thing I did not like about the property is the outdoor shower. It is needed to clean off all the extra sand and debris from feet and body - it’s out in a dirty location on the side of the house. It’s needs to be on a side that house concrete so you don’t create more mess on you before you enter the house

I can truely say, everyone had a nice time.
The location was perfect! The house was really big and comfortable. We had so many people show up and no one stepped over each other. The kitchens were a nice size too. But the first floor kitchen was enough.
The drains in the bathrooms. It took a while before the drains cleared. The tub walls upstairs needed to be scrubbed. We took care of that.
