    La peggiore esperienza in dieci anni di Booking. Ho avuto gravi problemi a fare il check (sistema complicato e non sono un analfabeta informatico, che non si limita a chiedere foto di documenti, ma vuole la foto delle persone col documento in mano, se sei solo non facile) ma soprattutto il sistema bloccava se non mettevo i dati del secondo ospite, che non c’era (Booking fa prenotate di default per due). Lamento la cosa con l’host, criticando fortemente un il sistema così ostile che giudico vergognoso per come scarica sull’ospite oneri esagerati, e vengo accusato di essere spocchioso di avere sbagliato io la prenotazione che ho fatta per due (invece che scusarmi per la rigidità oltre che complessità del sistema). Sono rimasto così disgustato da non avere voluto accedere alla struttura e avere a che fare veramente con arroganza mia ripeto mai lontanamente trovata. Disgustato

    New and modern apartment. Quite spacious.Very close to the train station

    It was not cleaned very well. There was no electric coffee maker. In the bathroom there was a flying insect. The shower cabin is extremely tight. The terrace was not cleaned.

    Very good!

    The apartment is very conveniently located, just a few minutes away from the Porta Susa station. We never met the host in person but he/she was extremely responsive via message, so we had no issue at all with accessing the apartment or finding any other relevant information. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, ideal for a long weekend or the like, and we found it very clean. It is on the last floor of a very elegant building. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly so the place is also convenient for working remotely.

    The apartment is very comfortable and spacious, there are just a few minor things that could be improved (the handle of the bathroom was loose, the plastic box around the switch of the lights fell a couple of times), but nothing major at all.
