Piacevole soggiorno
Pulita e accogliente, mi ha fatto piacere trovare la cucina attrezzata e soprattutto una cosa non scontata è che ci fossero caffè, olio sale , zucchero e anche delle buste di varie tisane. Ottima la posizione, vicinissimo al Politecnico e porta nuova si può raggiungere anche a piedi. Zona molto tranquilla e ben servita da bar , tabacchi , supermercati,
Non ho riscontrato grossi problemi però può sicuramente essere migliorata , la maniglia del bagno non era fissata e quindi cadeva in continuazione creando un forte rumore soprattutto la notte,sono presenti buchi non stuccati nelle pareti, l appartamento ha subito sicuramente una recente ristrutturazione ma certe cose sono state dimenticate .Il termine lusso è un po' eccessivo.

Esperienza positiva oltre le aspettative
Appartamento tutto nuovo, pulizia impeccabile, accogliente. In posizione centrale a poca distanza dal centro e dal Politecnico e dai principali mezzi di trasporto. Gestore sempre pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi richiesta.

The localisation
The elevator is bad, it gets stuck, the room is poorly cleaned, the curtains are dirty, cat tracks on the kitchen table, the toilet does not lock, the door handles in the toilet fall off, the towels are of dubious freshness. The apartment is good, but needs updating. Expensive, but the location is good, so it is acceptable for those who are younger.

Great apartments in the best district
Great location in the best area of the city, close to everything, nice to walk in the morning and evening. Beautiful cozy interior of the apartment, beautiful view from the balcony, friendly host. Comfortable check-in process, the apartment has everything you need.
The only thing that confused me was the fact that it was like an apartment within an apartment with a simple room door. Because of this, there was a lot of audibility.
