The location
* The furniture was outdated, and the apartment looked shabby and poorly maintained, particularly given the high price we paid. * The towels had a strong and unpleasant stench and were not of an acceptable standard. * Several essential things did not work, including the washing machine. We were also provided with only one set of towels, which is completely inadequate for the duration of the stay. * The apartment is clearly unsuitable for people with walking difficulties. There are several flights of stairs that must be climbed before reaching the lift, making access difficult and inconvenient. Overall, the apartment fell well below the standard we expected and paid for. Given the price, these issues are unacceptable, and we are extremely disappointed with the accommodation.
