    Lovely boutique style hotel with high ceiling cocktail lounge for drinks and direct access to the river.

    Great river location for visiting Richmond and off street parking nearby, which was really convenient. The room was Scandinavian in style and had all the things you need in terms of toiletries, tea & coffee, minibar etc…

    It was all good to be fair. One thing I wasn’t keen on was the smell of the hand soap, which is random but it was the only thing I didn’t like!

    We booked for a night away, and had the most wonderful afternoon/ evening. We watched the sunset on the terrace overlooking the river with a cocktail which was delicious. We then headed up to our room for a relaxing bath in front of the window followed by a very comfortable sleep. The rooms are decorated so beautifully and all the products and amenities were fantastic. All the staff were so helpful and lovely. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

    A bit tired - not worth the money - better more up to date hotels nearby

    Comfy bed and great views over the river

    The property felt a little tired as was the bedroom which was a little dated . We were woken up at 5 in the morning by the consistant banging of the kitchen door below us that was apparently broken . Had a very bad nights sleep
