    Location is wonderful

Communication through Booking.com is not easy. You cannot reply to the booking messages sent by the host. Minor: tp holder in bathroom is broken, poorly fixed

Cannot recommend as owner was inconsiderate and unwilling to communicate to resolve our complaint.

Property appeared as advertised, good location. Owner approved our early check-in.

Apartment had smell of cigarettes throughout upon arrival. Listing was for NO SMOKING property. We could not stay due to smoke allergies. Owner offered to deodorize place but would take some hours. We requested money back. Owner would not return calls, wrote that cleaning person did not notice smell, that smell was from previous renters, blamed us due to early check-in (could not sanitize apartment), etc. Lot of excuses, but no offer of another place to stay or refund.
