    horrible experience

    Location

since its a private property, some staff we ware not instructed for. 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom was worthless staying for 9 nights. no area to spread washed clothes, i had to spear 2 pants and a towel after swimming in a corridor and the management fined us 200 MYR with no instructions signage in all floors. since customer satisfaction worth nothing. over all, its the first and last time booking at this horrible building.
