    Its always easy to access the property , no waiting about .

    Perhaps im getting older , sofa and settee too low for me to sit on , a little cramped for space ,bathroom shower etc.. but for the price there must ne a compromise.

    The location, the facilities provided especially the little comfy touches. It was very close to all amenities and the beach for walking my dog.

    Fantastic location. Host very friendly and accommodating. Back Alley needs a clean.

    The location to town is just perfect for days out walking around Llandudno.

    I did not like having to walk down a back alley at night which was covered in dog poo. If this is the entry to your property I would suggest that it is at least cleaned so you don't have to worry about walking through dog poo to get to your accommodation. The bed could do with a new mattress. It slopes at both sides so you feel like you are falling off during the night. For a person with a bad back it was most uncomfortable and caused further walking difficulties the next day (I walk with a stick as it is).
