    Location was great.

    Fireplace didnt work. Dryer wouldnt heat fresh stain on the decks wasnt dry got on our shoes

    HORRIBLE!

    The house was clean and the view was beautiful.

    I don't know where to start...When we arrived and went to shut the front door, the door would not shut all the way. We were finally able to get the door shut, but then was not able to open the door again. The handle was not working. There was also a big gap between the 2 doors on the bottom. We contacted the property management right away. They attempted to get someone out to fix the door without any sucess. They did offer to let us stay in a hotel for the night, but since it was late we decided to stay at the property for the night. We had then read reviews on multiple different sites and noticed someone else had complained about the front door not working a month earlier. They had someone come out to look at the door while they were there and the guests were told the door needed replacing. That obviously did not happen and a month later the property management was still letting guests stay at the property when the dwelling was legally uninhabitable. We ended up leaving the property since we could not open the only door with a lock code we could use and found another amazing property for the week. Upon requesting a refund, we were offered a discount for the one night stay we ended up staying, but still had to pay tax on the entire week stay (approx $128) the cleaning fee ($199) and the processing fee ($35). That ended up being close to $400 for ONE NIGHT! I am still working on trying to get more of a refund but still have not recieved any money back over a week later. To add to this, the couches were very stained and damaged (zoom into the pics and you can see how the back of the couch is broken) and the floor in the back room was sinking in by the door. We would NEVER recommend staying here.
