    le restaurant, le verre d'accueil, la privatisation du bain, la chambre et la salle de bain,

    Devoir trainer nos valises assez lourdes, depuis la route, là où le taxi nous a déposé, sur les plaques de béton disjointes. Et de plus, aucune aide en arrivant en vue de la porte d'entrée de l'hôtel.

    Very spacious rooms and nice onsen.

    The restaurant - got food poisoning which massively impacted my stay. Staff were relatively detached on the matter with what appeared to be little communication between them. Left feeling like it was not worth the money paid and that the service was poor compared to other areas in Japan. Scent of hotel shampoo and conditioner were also too strongly scented for me but this is a more minor point. More importantly don’t use the restaurant.
