    I love everything! Was sad I didn’t get the room that had the bath tub but that’s ok!! Everything is perfect as always!!!

    accueil limite par rapport aux échanges de mails plutôt bienveillant

    le lit était confortable, plutôt bien placé...

    personnel peu avenant, un petit côté condescendant que je n'ai pas apprécié, l'accueil était moyen. pas d'aide pour les bagages, à peine arrivé, on me parle de payer même si c'est normal, un sourire,un accueil , un peu plus chaleureux aurait été appréciable, néanmoins je ne peux généraliser car il y a eu 4 ou 5 interlocuteurs différents...
