    The room was clean, staff friendly and we were given and early check -in but ....

    Disappointing – facilities did not match the description Unfortunately, the room did not live up to the description on Booking.com. We found the room very claustrophobic, with no windows, which made it feel quite enclosed. The biggest disappointment was the sauna. The Booking.com description actually states that “this studio’s standout feature is the sauna.” However, after arriving we discovered that there was an additional charge to use it. We could not see this additional cost disclosed in the room description when we booked. The listing also specifically states “wine/champagne for guests”, however this was not provided or offered. A tea and coffee maker is listed as one of the studio’s facilities. While there were facilities for making drinks in the kitchenette, no tea or coffee was supplied. The TV, which is also listed as a feature of the studio, did not work. There was only one drinking glass provided and unfortunately it was dirty. We don't expect luxury, but we do expect the accommodation and facilities to reasonably match what is advertised. The listing particularly needs to make it much clearer that use of the sauna costs extra, especially when the sauna is described as the studio's “standout feature.” remove the wine and champagne on arrival and update there photos. It it not soundproof. This was supose to be the delux accommodation.
