    Older house, comfortable but showing its age. Steps upstairs too steep for mobility challenged.

    location perfect for us as we were attending a competition at Fenton Manor. Suprised that we were able to park without issue on the busy street.

    shower in bathroom held together with gaffa tape and a plastic bag. Though it did work ok. dirt/muck visible on the top of the radiator in the bathroom. Fridge freezer past its prime.

    Very disappointing and not worth the price.

    The property was available for the dates booked and provided a place to stay.

    I paid over £100 per night for this accommodation and was extremely disappointed with the condition it was in. The property was not as advertised and there were several issues that I did not expect for the price. The bed sheets did not appear to have been properly washed, the door knobs were hanging off, and the stair railing was loose. There was mould in the bathroom, and the shower head was leaking. It was also obvious that an attempt had been made to fix the shower head with tape, but it had not worked and it was still leaking. When I tried contacting the host about these problems, I received no useful help or response. I ultimately had to spend a very long time on the phone with Booking.com trying to resolve the situation. I was eventually refunded for the remaining nights, but I did not receive a full refund for the stay despite the condition of the accommodation. Overall, the condition of the property and the lack of help from the host made this a very poor experience, especially considering the price charged.

    Pleasant stay.

    Pretty decent place for a short stay. The house was clean, nice and firm beds, clean sheets, clean toilet and bath. Street parking. Never had an issue finding parking right in front of the house. Thoughtful touches by the host - like stocking some laundry detergent. The main door lock opens using a numerical code. Very convenient as you don’t have a set of keys to carry and multiple people of our family could come and go per their convenience without worrying about who has the key.

    The front and yard could have been cleaner.

    Disgusting house.

    Nothing.

    The place was filthy and a health risk. We informed the owner and received no reply. We booked another hotel and expect a full refund.
