  SCAM!! DO NOT BOOK!!

  SCAM!! DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!! Booked this apartment as the reviews were good, and the price was decent. I use Booking.com a lot, and have never had an issue before. I confirmed with the owner that we would be arriving at 2pm, and he sent check-in instructions at 11am. However, upon arrival, the lockbox was empty, so we were unable to get into the apartment. I then contacted the owner, but no response there - even said that the number was invalid so that rang alarm bells. I then managed to contact the agency that the owner uses, and they said they would try and contact him. 2 hours later, I got a call from them saying that they were unable to get through to him, and they would have to cancel the booking. This essentially left us homeless in Birmingham, as most of the hotels were booked up and extortionate price. If it wasn't for the kindness of a friend that lived in the city and was able to put us up, who knows what would have happened. The area was also pretty dodgy, felt like we were being watched. The owner has yet to come back to me, so this was an utter scam. AVOID BOOKING AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

  There was no property to like as when we got there and followed the instructions for the keys there were no keys. So, our 7 nights stay was cancelled in the day of arrival because of overbooking. It was impossible to contact the owner, both emails or phone calls. The numbers don’t exist! The problem was solved by booking. com and the only good thing was that we got the money back the next day. But the whole experience was horrible!

  Keine Ahnung. Die Schlüssel waren nicht vor Ort.

  Keine Schlüssel vor Ort. Konnte nicht rein und musste etwas anders suchen. Die Gegend ist absolut nichts für Touristen.

  The apartment was in a quiet location with a supermarket a short walk away and the city centre close by. It was perfect

  It was a good size, comfortable, and well equipped. Any issues were sorted promptly by our host. Location was quiet.

  Although parking is free, there isn’t always a space at the property. Usually a space not too far though.

  Todo muy ordenado y muy limpio

  Habían cambiado la red wifi y nadie sabía, por lo que estuvimos los 4 días sin wifi y recién en el último día nos lo enviaron! Por otro lado para 4 personas es un poco incómodo, los q duermen en la cama perfecto, pero a los que toque sofá mal, no es un sofá cómodo
