    Adequate but would not return

    The location was good and it was clean and the beds were comfortable.

    The communal areas to are quite scruffy. There was an onerous (many pages) tenancy agreement which had to read and signed and a safety deposit was required this was not made clear when booking. It did not feel particularly welcoming there was a list of restrictions as soon as you enter rather than there being a welcoming feel.

    Would definitely come back. really lovely apartment

    Sammie made it super easy to find and get to the apartment. Clear description of where to park, where to get the keys. Clear photos of everything. Our booking was made at very short notice, having been let down by another property. The service and communication was excellent.

    Over night the it was noisier than we are use to. but that's to be expected in a big city, especially coming from very quiet rural Wales. We had brought ear plugs and so it was fine.

    We absolutely loved everything about this property. It had everything exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. The customer service from Neveah was amazing. Whenever I had a question, he responded very quickly and was always helpful and professional. Thank you for the great service — we will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to our family and friends.
