    Lovely room and staff but not a 4 star experience.

    Comfy rooms, lovely staff

    The breakfast room is way too small for the number of guests at the hotel. Queues of people waiting for a table at 9am is unacceptable. One gentleman stormed out as they told him it would be an hour's wait. Some of my family had to go out for breakfast as there was no room, despite having paid for it. When they asked for a refund for the breakfasf on check-out, they were told it has to go to 'head office' for sign off. Seriously?! The breakfast room is also badly laid out with a galley area where the hot food is, leading to a chaoctically congested area. My tea order was forgotten and frankly staff looked harassed. We ordered loose leaf tea on the terrace later and it came with no tea strainer and no spoon. We were attending my cousin's wedding reception and they also had a christening the next day but ftankly could not cope. Lovely hotel but far from a 4 star experience.

    Disappointed, not a four star EC

    Location

    Cobwebs in the bedroom, mouldy sealant to the shower. In the banquet suite many bulbs were out, not just for ambiance. Glass collection was no existent and at least three drinks were out of stock. Breakfast was a fiasco with a thirty minute wait to be seated, then poached eggs were hard boiled, sausage burnt and wall adjacent to our table was covered in splashes or food residue, etc. certainly not a four star experience.

    Unhygienic and disease waiting to happen. I’m waiting for my refund as promised.

    Nothing

    Everything the rooms wasn’t clean and the food in the restaurant had a fly in it. The hot tubs in the room wasn’t cleaned and grimy
