    Eine grundsätzlich sehr schöne Wohnung, aber leider nicht sauber genug.

    Die Lage ist top, das Stadtviertel perfekt - besser kann man in Dresden nicht wohnen und die Matratzen im Wohnzimmer sind super bequem.

    - bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir sowohl unter der Spüle als auch im Bad (eklig) volle Abfalleimer. - viele Ablageflächen waren mit einer Staubschicht überzogen, im Bad wurden Regalflächen schon länger nicht mehr geputzt. - Haare im Bad (Waschbecken und Regal). - die Bettwäsche machte nicht den Eindruck, frisch gewaschen zu sein. - die Kissen im Schlafzimmer rochen muffig und staubig. - entgegen der Ankündigung im Internet gab es KEINE Möglichkeit, Kaffee zuzubereiten ( No Go!!!) - die Klospülung ist defekt, wenn man nicht darauf achtet, läuft das Wasser literweise weiter.

    Sauber wäre schöner

    Große Räume, große Betten, helle Wohnung

    Es war nicht geputzt, der Müll von den Vorgängern noch im Mülleimer, keine Mülltüten oder sauberen Abwaschlappen vorhanden, keine Spülmaschine, sehr laut durch Straßenbahn vor der Tür, unbequeme Matratzen, die Handtücher noch leicht feucht
