    The location and character.

    The room and bathroom needed repairs holes in ceiling and tear in bathroom floor.

    Beware loud bands.

    The location is great. Right on Main Street walking distance to everything.

    I’ve been staying at this property for about 20 years and I can tell you that there have been no upgrades or updates to it in that time. Frankly, it is worn and shabby. All of which I could’ve handled except for the heavy metal band contest that went on downstairs that made staying there absolutely untenable. We left at about 830 the first night and didn’t return for the second night.

    Disappointing Festival. Great for bar crawling - not good for a Family.

    I liked that it was a historical building on Main Street.

    The hotel didn’t serve breakfast (it used to from what I read online). Also, there were very few close by dinner options on a Friday night and on a “Festival Weekend”)
