The apartment had everything we needed, but needs a refresh.
The location was ideal and a short walk to the lake. The apartment had some good facilities with a tele in the lounge and bedroom, a well equipped modern kitchen and a nice walk in shower. The apartment has modern decor and finishings. The lake view from the living room was lovely on a clear day.
The entrance to the property is dated and has damp. The apartment itself could do with a freshen up, the paint is coming off the bedroom wall and the skirting boards are marked. The level of cleaning was poor, the skirting boards were dirty and there were hairs on the floor. The mattress was terrible and needs to be replaced, there are two ditches

The most perfect stay, would absolutely book again!
Collection of key was easy, apartment was clean and very modern. Me and my partner were shocked at how lovely it was. Very close to the centre of Bowness, with restaurants just a few doors down. Toiletries and clean towels were supplied. Would absolutely book again.

Relaxing but loads around to do, ideal if you don't want to use the car
No breakfast but location was excellent
Lobby was damp and dinghy, no hanging space for clothes but neither is a deal breaker
