    It is always good here but the new Fridge in my unit was an unexpected bonus

    The room was big, comfortable and clean, in a great location to walk to shops and dinner.

    Location was great, nice big room and very clean. The welcome was warm and friendly.

    It was OK. Just outside the CBD so a good walk into town. There's a fabulous seafood/chinese restaurant further out along Fenton St only a short walk away.

    Most enjoyable & would definitely stay again if the Occassion arises

    Very convenient to where we wanted to go. Bed comfortable & the reclining chairs were amazing.

    Good value great area

    I loved how everything we needed was conveniently close by like the mall is right across the road, nice quiet area not too much noise so was great for our baby when it come to outside noise. The staff were polite and very accommodating. They tried their best to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. And for the price of the room I thought we got a pretty ok deal.

    The induction fan in our room wasn't working so the room felt a little damp. The room I booked was abit small for my family so I'll be sure to book a bigger more comfortable room if we stay in rotorua again. The room I booked was not a good fit for 5 people for 3 nights so it was a little disappointed in my choice for room size.
