A wonderful stay in a beautiful, peaceful setting with incredibly warm and welcoming hosts.
A wonderfully warm and welcoming stay at Blackburn Lodge. It’s a beautiful property with lovely gardens, set in an absolutely stunning and peaceful location. A very special place and a perfect base for my weekend in Newcastleton.

Peaceful, comfortable stay in a beautiful location; nice owners.
Very attractive and quiet location with lovely countryside views. Nice bedrooms with immediate access to good lounge area. The owners were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is not provided on site, but in a cafe 10-15 minutes walk away. However, the cafe is good, and the owners gave us a lift down there as it was raining.
