    El apartamento totalmente a nuevo, muy limpio, fácil check in, lockers para dejar las maletas amplio y a buen precio (5 euros y entran varias). Respondieron muy rápidamente a nuestras inquietudes.

    La ubicación si bien no es mala no es totalmente céntrica, de todas formas vale mas la pena caminar a todos lados que ir en transporte público. El baño se inunda, dijeron que estaban solucionando este tema.

    Would not stay again

    Low price, but you get what you pay for.

    This place felt disappointing and unsafe. To get into the building, no keycard is needed. Anybody from the street can walk up to your room. Hallway lights were often off operating on a sensor and both this and the no key to get up situation together gave me a very unsafe feeling. I also experienced an issue with the shower on multiple occasions. The water would run cold after about 10 min and water would splash everywhere in the bathroom and hallway floor. When I called the hotel help desk, they did not offer a satisfactory solution.

    I had a wonderful stay here at Blackhome Wien. The facilities were modern and the apartment was spacious enough to accomodate me and my luggage. The bed was quite comfortable and the apartment was overall clean and good value for money.

    The location was slightly inconvenient in terms of Central Vienna since I am a walking person and to walk there was a bit far. While I was staying there was a large amount of construction outside and the room wasn’t that soundproof to help block sound out so sleeping was a bit difficult early in the morning. Also the elevators weren’t working sometimes which was annoying given the apartment was on the 6th floor. However overall it was a great stay!
