    Didn't feel safe

    It was in short distance of the main attractions. And it was above ground floor

    The fact half of the windows wouldn't physically close. It didn't feel safe. Was a locked door down stairs into the flat block. The main door for the flat was an internal door with a small simple lock. ( Didn't feel safe) To the extent we put the plug in radiators behind the main door. It wasn't sound proof, so heard all the night life of Blackpool. Shown 2 sofas and there was only 1. Cracked mirror. Broken lamps multiple lamps. Living room and bed room lamps were both broken Cracked windows, seal gone on some windows, so couldn't see out of them because of bird poo and the condensation. Both wardrobes were not sturdy and looked like they were on the verge of collapsing. Rips in the carpets. Said it had central heating and it was plug in radiators. I tried to call the staff and got a reply from 1 guy telling me to contact Katie. Who I assume is his wife. Apart from that didn't hear from either of them. Until we left and said we'd left the keys in the lock box. I told them I wasn't happy with the apartment and didn't feel safe and was told I should of contacted her sooner as they have plenty of family suites across Blackpool. I told them before booking it was a weekend away to celebrate my daughter turning 10. Told them I'd barely slept and was just told sorry! No help or anything else offered to fix the poor situation. Seemed to charge a lot for in reality was pretty basic standards. Part of me would even go as far as saying below basic standards. Won't be staying again.

    Good location for the festival. Nice and clean and tidy.

    Could have done with 3 bedrooms instead of a pull out settee bed.
