    possibly ok for contractors but unsuitable for families with children.

    The place was fairly easy to find and there was usually a parking slot very close by.

    The area felt a bit unsafe. There was a smell of cigarette smoke throughout the house including bedrooms and kitchen-dining area. Unfortunately not suitable for a family with younger children.
